The Clay Golf team opened the 2017 season with a stellar performance at the Knight Invitational (Heatherdowns CC).  The Eagles fired an impressive 317, and finished third overall in the fifteen team field behind St. Johns 311 and Sylvania Southview 315. The tryouts for boys Varsity and JV golf will be held on August 1, and 2 at 9am at Eagles Landing Golf Club.  Student will need a physical in order to tryout.  All players will walk 18 holes both days of the tryout.  Contact Coach Belegrin at if you need more information.

Eagles Landing/ Clay Golf Youth Clinics

Eagles Landing will be hosting weekly golf clinics every Tuesday evening at 6pm, starting April 18.  The clinics are open to boys and girls in grades 2-9, however high school students wanting to learn the game are also welcome.  The fee per session is $10.  These clinics will last all summer.  If you need more information

Boys Golf Tryouts Monday August 1 8am

The Clay Boys Golf Team tryouts will be held Monday and Tuesday August 1st and 2nd at 8 am  at Eagles Landing Golf Club.  All players trying out must have an updated physical, and are expected to walk 18 holes both days.

Three Eagles Play in District

The Boys Division I Golf Tournament was played at Red Hawk Run (Findlay) last Thursday in windy conditions.  Freshmen Palmer Yenrick shot 93, Senior Donte Giovanoli shot 88, and Junior Eric Kutchenriter shot 82.  All three golfers qualified as individuals for the tournament, which was won by Sylvania Northview 320.  There were twelve players who
