The varsity softball team won the first league game of the season with an 11 to 1 victory over Notre Dame in 5 innings. Morgan Cook got the win giving up only 3 hits while striking out 5 and walking 5. Chloe Munoz had a huge night at the plate by going 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 3 RBI. Bella Kennedy hit a triple and an inside-the-park home run. Olivia Yenrick and Katelyn Wagner each added a double. The Eagles will travel to Whitmer on Friday and to Defiance for a double-header on Saturday.
